Use of local products

 

The almost exclusive use of national raw materials, purchased from artisan manufacturers, can be found in unique and typically Italian tastes.

 

The ingredients are different from the ones used by competitors.  For example, the flour, made from Tuscan corn in local mills, that provide a guarantee in terms of product continuity, are unavoidable elements that are different from those of competitors, who often use large scale manufacturers who often vary their supplies during the year according to changes in international markets.
